Dr. Fleming most recently served as the Dean for the College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences and an associate professor at Gannon University.

Dr. Joseph Nairn, NPRC Founding President, shares that, “During her time at Gannon, Dr. Fleming had been a great advocate of NPRC through our educational partnership with the institution. She has the background and history of who NPRC is and where we came from because she was present at the establishment of the Educational Consortium of the Upper Allegheny’s (ECUA) partnership with Gannon in 2012. We are very excited to have her and her expertise on board.”
